Warranty and Liability
The FLUXANA® warranty conditions or individual contract‐regulated warranties apply
with regard to warranty and liability. The following also applies:
Warranty and liability claims for personal and property damage are excluded if they are due
to one or more of the following causes:
•
All persons involved with operation, installation, maintenance or repair of the
system must have read and understood the operating instructions. We shall assume
no liability for damage or operational interruptions resulting from failure to observe
the operating instructions.
•
usage not according to the intended purpose of the system,
•
incorrect setup, installation, operation or maintenance of the system,
•
operation of the system with defective safety devices or incorrectly installed or
non‐functional safety or protection equipment,
•
non‐observation of the instructions in the operating instruction concerning
transport, storage, setup, installation, operation, maintenance or upgrading of the
system,
•
unauthorized structural modifications to the system,
•
unauthorized changes to the operating parameters,
•
unauthorized changes to the parameters or settings or changes to the programs,
•
Original parts and accessories have been especially designed for the FLUXANA®
fusion machines. When changing components, only original FLUXANA® components
may be used. Otherwise, the warranty is void. FLUXANA® cannot be made
responsible for any damage incurred due to the use of non‐original components.
•
catastrophes due to foreign objects and force majeure.
