Limited Warranty

Fluidity Direct, LLC provides a limited warranty for the lifetime of the original
purchaser that the frame is free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use for which it was intended if used according to manufac-
turer’s instructions, with the exceptions stated below. All parts of the prod-
uct besides the frame, including upholstery, foam, hardware, plastic parts,
locking mechanism and finishes are subject to a limited warranty for 60 days
from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship,
with the exceptions stated below.
This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any
product that has been in any private or public club, health or recreational
facility, or for any institutional, rental or commercial purpose. This warranty
does not apply to any product that has been subject to accident, negligence,
alteration, abuse, or misuse or that has been repaired or altered by the
consumer. This warranty applies only to purchases made within the United
States of America and to products that are used and remain located therein.
In order to get service under this warranty during the applicable warranty
period, the original purchaser must notify Fluidity Direct, LLC by emailing
info@fluidity.com. Fluidity Direct, LLC will then either repair or replace the
unit at its discretion. All returns must be authorized by Fluidity Direct, LLC
and accompanied by a return authorization number.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties. Fluidity Direct, LLC
neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other
