4. Use
Recovery: Heart rate recovery after a training
After a training it is possible to measure your stamina. Press the
RECOVERY
button and
firmly hold the heart rate sensors, or wear a chest belt. All values will disappear from
the screen and only the time and heart rate will appear. The time will countdown from 60
seconds to 0. A code will appear matching your fitness. In the next table you will find the
codes explanation:
F1:
Very good
F2:
Good
F3:
Above average
F4:
Average
F5:
Bad
F6:
Very bad
When there is no excise activity within 90 seconds the computer will automatically turn
off. The heart recovery function can only be used within 90 seconds after a training.
