User program
In the workout menu choose the
icon for a own, customized program.
The program is set up in 8 segments. Within each segment the resistance level can be
programmed. Switch between segments with the selection knob and press the knob about 4
seconds to
ENTER
.
The next step is setting the trainings duration (TIME) with the selection knob.
Press
START/STOP
to begin the training.
During the training your able to change the resistance by using the selection knob.
HRC (Heart Rate Control)
In the workout menu choose the
icon for the heart rate controlled program. The heart
rate will be measured with a chest belt (not included) or by holding the heart rate sensors.
The computer will automatically calculate your maximum heart rate by using your user profile.
The maximum heart rate is calculated by the formula 220 - you age.
You can select three percentages of your maximum heart rate or manually enter a value:
55%, 75%, 90% or
TARGET
, select and confirm with
ENTER
.

to begin the training.
When the computer doesn’t receive a heart rate for a period of 5 seconds the screen will
display an error. Check if the chest belt is functioning and if it is worn in the correct way.
