Step 1
1. Assemble the front stabilizer (100) onto the main frame (22) by fastening bolt (90),
curved washer (80), spring washer (74) and nut (75).
Note: First place bolt (90) on the outside of the rower (first to the stabilizer (100)
and then to the main frame (22), otherwise the rower will not tilt properly). Then
assemble the washers and nut as displayed in figure A.
