INTRODUCTION
Flex Light Tower consists of the light module
and the tripod.
The light module is mounted onto the tripod
using the battery-pack/ light-holder interface.
The power bay on the bottom of the tripod can
accept either a battery pack or an extension
cord connected to a standard power outlet.
The tripod in turn provides the power to the
light module and features an On/Off switch to
operate the light.
Alternately, the light module can be connected
directly to a battery pack and operate
independently from the tripod.
ASSEMBLY
TO ATTACH/DETACH BATTERY PACK
(FIG. 2A, 2B)
The battery pack can be attached directly to the
light module or to the power bay on the tripod.
a. To attach the battery pack:
Align the raised rib on the battery pack with the

then slide the battery until it audibly snaps in
place.
NOTICE:
When placing the battery pack
onto the tool, be sure that the raised rib
on the battery pack aligns with the groove
inside the tool and that the latches snap into
place properly. Improper attachment of the
battery pack can cause damage to internal
components.
b. To detach the battery pack:
Depress the battery-release button located
on the front of the battery pack to release the
battery pack. Pull the battery pack out and
