Installing the ELE 510 Draw Switch

Flavor Burst highly recommends using an
integrated switch to power the CTP 80CBB
system (ELE 474-NCL for both shake and
slush product).
However, if no integrated
switch is available at the time of installation,
follow these instructions to install the universal
ELE 510 switch included with this system.
1. The ELE 510 external switch comes with
bracket pieces that can be assembled in a
variety of positions to suit most freezers.
See the figure below for some suggested
configurations. Determine which switch
assembly configuration works best with your
freezer. When possible, mount the switch
directly onto the face of the freezer.
2. Determine the approximate position where
the switch will be mounted. This is
approximately 1/8” above the draw pin.
NOTE: THE SWITCH MUST BE POSITIONED
SO THAT THE SWITCH LEVER IS FULLY
DEPRESSED WHEN THE DRAW HANDLE IS
IN THE OPEN POSITION.
3. If using the bracket, assemble the bracket
and the switch using the appropriate pieces.
If both bracket plates are used, ensure the
lock washer is installed between them. Use
some of the adhesive included to attach the
switch to the bracket.
4. Attach a moderate portion of the adhesive
to the side of the switch or bracket that will
be secured to the freezer face.
