SYSTEM OPERATION
Select the Sequence and then select
“Ok”
. Once you complete the
parameters select
“Start”
to run the programmed sequence.
1. REPEATS:
This will repeat the sequence based on the number of
times requested.
2. START BY LIGHT:
Please refer to the Start by Light Manual for
more information.
3. SINGULAR:
This will select one
FITLIGHT™
in a row of
FITLIGHTS™
. This option is used when there are more than 2
FITLIGHTS™
in a row.
4. GLOBAL DELAY:
This enables the system to follow the users
hit rate, as the user speeds up so does the triggering of the
FITLIGHTS™
. They are paced to the rate at which they are being
hit.
5. SAVE DATA:
This will save the data when the Sequence has
completed and uploaded to the Dashboard.
6. RANDOM START:
This will start the Sequence at a random point
in the Sequence.
