How long the FITLIGHTS™ stay on

(The duration that the FITLIGHTS™ remain activated for).

DELAY

The time between more than 1 FITLIGHT™

(The interval between FITLIGHTS™ activating in succession).

DISTANCE:

Indicates the deactivation range from the center of the FITLIGHT™. The distance can be set from 10 cms to

80 cms and can be changed with the use of the +/- buttons.

STANDARD:

FITLIGHT™

does not flash when it activates

FLASH:

FITLIGHT™

flashes initially when it activates

SLOW BLINK:

FITLIGHT™

flashes slowly when it activates

FAST BLINK:

FITLIGHT™

flashes rapidly when it activates
