ure to follow the safety notices and instructions may result in

The safety level of the training device can only be maintained if it is regularly checked
for damage. In the interest of your own safety, before each use you should therefore
check the training device for damage (cracks, holes, loose screws etc.). If you hear
unusual noises from the training device during use, stop exercising immediately.
The training device must not be used if it is damaged. In this case, contact the custom-
er service department or a specialist workshop.

The system for monitor-
ing your heart rate may be defective.
Extreme exercising may lead to
dangerous injuries or death. If your
performance capability should reduce
to an unusual extent, stop training
immediately.

Do not support your whole body
weight on the handlebar. There is a
risk of tipping over!

This device is not intended for use
by people (including children) with
reduced sensory or mental abilities or
a lack of experience and/or knowl-
edge, unless they are supervised by
a person who is responsible for their
safety or have received instruction
from this person on how to use the
device safely.

Pregnant women should not use the
training device or only after consulting
their doctor.

In the event of uncertainties regarding
health (risk group), after a long break
from sport, in the event of cardiovas-
cular or orthopaedic problems, always
consult a doctor before using the
training device. If necessary, coordi-
nate the training programme with your
doctor.

The training device is
not
a toy!
Parents and other supervising persons
should be aware of the fact that,
due to the natural play instinct and
eagerness of children to experiment,
situations and behaviour for which the
training device is not designed can be
expected.

The expander bands may only ever
be used with this device. They must
not be attached to doors, windows or
other objects.

WARNING
– The maximum possible
stretch length of the expander bands
is 115 cm. Do not exceed this stretch
length!
■
The expander bands contain natural
rubber (latex) and may cause allergic
reactions in vulnerable people. People
with a latex intolerance should not
come into direct skin contact with the
expander bands.
