When you suspect a failure, first check the time the failure occurred, the processes involved,
and the symptoms when the failure occurred before you request repair services. After that,
contact the sales agent from whom you purchased the product. Repack the product in the
original package and include a detailed explanation of the error. Please note that we are not
liable for damage caused during shipment.
If there should be a failure caused by a defect in manufacturing within the warranty period (one
year from the day of purchase), the machine will be repaired at no charge.
Service or repairs for the following, however, are subject to a charge:
Damage caused by the customer’s improper handling, including dropping and other impact
occurred during shipment.
Damage caused by natural calamity including fire, earthquake, flood, etc.
Damage caused by equipment other than this machine.
Damage caused by repair or modification by the customer without approval from the sales
agent.
The warranty is not filled out completely.
The warranty period has expired.
Note that we are not liable for damage to other equipment, even if the damage was caused by this
product.
If there should be a failure again in a part we have repaired or replaced, we will repair the machine
at no charge as long as the second failure occurred within three months of the original failure.
We are still responsible for the repair even after the warranty period has expired despite the fact that
the repair in question may be subject to a charge.
Please note that similar substitute repair parts may be used.
Periodic overhaul for a fee
The overhaul should be executed every two years.
