Displaying the Judgment window

Either of the following procedures opens the Judgment window.

From the Measurement data window

・

When measurement is completed, the judgment window is automatically displayed. If “

No

judgment is displayed after measurement

” is checked on “

Judgment

” tab of the

“

System setting

” window, the “

Judgment

” window is not displayed automatically.

・

Click “

Judgment

” to display the Judgment window. You cannot click “

Judgment

” before

and while measuring.
