) for cooking cycles up to 20 minutes, of one minute up to one hour and 5
minutes beyond the hour. It is also possible to select an INFINITE time; in this case, press
to move vats up.
Heating is independent of the baskets-down time. At the end of the set time, the
baskets up movement will be started automatically, but the appliance will continue
to heat.
During cooking, the set time will be viewed (on the left side of the display) and the missing
time (on the right):

to enable the baskets up function and move the bar up and charge baskets.
Press
to move baskets down for cooking. The countdown begins when as soon as
baskets reach the complete down position. At the end of time, the baskets up function
moves the bar up for product extraction. At this point, the user is allowed adding new
products. Press again
in case the same baskets immersion time is to be hold.
Example:
You need to boil vegetables for three minutes.
Select the boiling mode and set a “BASKETS” time of three minutes:
