Attach the 

Post

 to the 

Post Supports

:

 

align the holes in the 

base of the 

Post

 with the holes on 

the

 tops of the 

Post Supports

then place a 

Washer HH 

on a 

Bolt CC

 and insert through the 

aligned holes. Slide another 

Washer

 

HH

 onto the bottom of the 

Bolt

 and secure with a 

Nut DD

. Repeat this process in the 5 

remaining holes (6 holes total—2 per 

Post

 

Support

). Hand-tighten 

initially, then fully tighten using wrenches once all hardware is 
placed.

Now t

ighten

 the 

Bolts

 holding the 

Post Supports

to the

using a wrench.

NOTE: there is a small piece of protective foam located in 
the neck of the Head Assembly that MUST be removed 
prior to attaching Head Assembly to Post.

HINT: Control knob should be above decal on Post.

Place a

 on each of 4 

Bolts FF

holes, then tighten.

Assemble Reflector: 

Reflector Panels

 

A

 come 

packaged in 2 brown boxes with 2 panels in each box. Hardware 
for assembly is already affixed to each panel. Place 2 panels side 
by side. Remove the 2 cap nuts/washers that are affixed to one 
panel. Insert the affixed bolts into the open holes on the adjacent 
panel. Place the washer over the bolt and screw on cap nut. Repeat 
these steps until all four panels are joined. Then locate the 

Reflector Center Cap

. Remove the cap nuts and washers located at 

the top of each Reflector Panel to allow assembly of the Center 
Cap to each panel. Align the holes in the Center Cap with the bolts 
on each panel and affix washer and cap nut to complete assembly.
