WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
44. CYLINDRICAL BRUSH CLEANING
To assemble the cylindrical brushes of the brush head unit, proceed as follows:
1. Turn the main switch key (1) clockwise by a quarter of a turn (to position 1).
2. Lift the brush head unit by operating the knob, the selected working program must be "Transport"
(position A)
3. Turn the main switch key (1) anticlockwise by a quarter of a turn (to position 0).
4. Engage the parking brake
5. Grip the seat rotation uncoupling handle (1), move it forward as far as it will go
6. Rotate the seat support as far as it will go
7. Disconnect the battery connector cable from the machine connector
ATTENTION: Before performing any maintenance, remove the keys from the
panel and disconnect the battery connector
8. Use a suitable tool to remove the splash guard pre-assembly (3), loosening the screws (2) that fix it to
the brush head.
9. Remove the rear brush support (4), unscrew the knob (5) and place it on the ground.
10. Remove the rear brush from the tunnel (5) until it is placed on the ground, clean it using a jet of
running water.
ATTENTION: users are advised to always wear protective gloves, to avoid the
risk of serious injury to hands.
The phases which have been listed here refer to the assembly of the rear brush. Repeat for the front
brush.
