Brake and steering adjustment
1.
Steering tension chain adjustment:
•
remove the foot board
•
release the lock nut and screw the
M8 screw
to give the
right tension in order to have a good and suitable rotation
of the steering wheel
•
tight the lock nut in order to fix the adjustment
2.
brake pedal stroke adjustment:
•
Release the lock nut and adjust the position of the
respective
fork
on the rod
•
Check the wheel has to turn freely, brake uniformly and
the pedal must be locked in the parking brake condition.
•
Just in case of a not balanced brake effect or no operating
parking brake condition please set properly the two forks
(left and right side) on the braking rods.
•
Remember to tight the lock nuts to fix the adjustments.
Reductors oil
1.
Check the oil level using the
glassy plug
. The oil level haven’ t to
be higher of the red point. Use Shell OMALA 460 (about 0.35kg)
or equivalent oil.
To add oil use the upper plug.
2.
As before, check the oil level using the
glassy tap
. The level must
reach the red point but don’t exceed it. Use Shell OMALA 220 or
FINA GIRAN 220 oils (about 0.25-0.35 kg) or equivalent oils.
