12.
CONNECTING THE BATTERIES AND BATTERY CONNECTOR
1.
Connect the batteries in series to the "+" and "-" poles using the supplied jumper cable (03).
2.
Connect the battery connector cable (02) to the “+” and “-“ poles to obtain a voltage of 24V on the
terminals.
3.
Connect the electrical system connector to the battery connector
WARNING: All installation and maintenance operations must be carried out by expert
personnel, trained at the specialised assistance centre
4.
Position the machine recovery tank on the machine, ensuring the drainage hose is positioned
correctly.
5.
Fix the recovery tank drainage tube (01) at the rear of the machine.
6.
Insert the vacuum motor tube (05) into the holder at the rear of the recovery tank.
7.
Insert the squeegee vacuum hose (06) into the hole at the rear of the recovery tank.

CONNECTING THE BATTERY CHARGER (VERSIONS WITHOUT BC)
In order not to cause permanent damage to the batteries, it is essential to avoid their complete discharge:
arrange the recharge within a few minutes of the switching on of the "discharged batteries" blinking light.
WARNING: Never leave the batteries completely discharged, even if the machine is
not being used. Check the battery charger is suitable for the batteries installed, in
terms of both capacity and type.
To connect the battery charger you must:
1.
Move the machine near to the battery charger
2.
Check that the recovery tank is empty; if not, empty it using the tube provided for this purpose (01)
positioned at the rear of the machine.
3.
Check that the main switch (02) is in the "0" position; if not turn the key a quarter turn to the left (for B-
BT version only), and remove the key from the instrument panel. Check that the machine's main switch
at the back of the machine is in the “0” position; if not, turn to “0” (for BB version only).
4.
Make sure the electric system connector (03) is disconnected from the battery connector; if not,
disconnect it.
5.
Rest the brush head on the floor.
6.
Secure the machine by applying the parking brake, move the lever (04) on the right side of the
machine (only for BT versions).
WARNING: Park the machine in an enclosed place, on a flat and level surface; near
the machine there must be no objects that could either damage it, or be damaged
through contact with it.
