The operator must inform the CNC about pincher orientation in the field “Carriage type” of the “Execution
parameters” window (see page n. 77).
Procedure for semi-automatic cut
It is possible to cut a bar without to program a nesting: the condition is that the profile in the setup table is
the same of the profile to be cut.
ATTENTION : if the profile to be cut is different from the profile in the setup table the CNC software
doesn’t know the true size of material and, thus, there is real danger of collision and blade
braking. In this case, before to carry out the cut, the operator must execute the initial setup
part of a program with the same profile.
If last processed profile, instead, is the same of which to be cut, all preliminary steps can be skipped and
the procedure can start directly from manual mode selection.
