Drilling & Sawing Line

FICEP

Continuous execution push-button
Active in the hold (5) or in the standby (3) mode. It selects the

execution of the program in continue mode (line after line without

interruptions till the end of the program). During the execution and

till the end of program the spindle rotation (if present) is kept

active.

Axes movement in jog + push-button

Axes movement in jog - push-button
Active when the machine is in manual execution mode; it is

necessary to select the execution page and the axis to be moved;

pressing + and – keys on the CNC keyboard (b) causes the axis

movement at the speed set with the feedrate.

Hold push-button
Active in automatic execution (1) mode; when pressed axes stop

and if a drilling (marking if present) cycle is under way, it is

interrupted if in a position to be interrupted, otherwise it is

completed; the machine goes into the hold (5) state, the program in

process is interrupted and the reset (passage to automatic execution

mode) is possible pressing the cycle activation push-button. If the

cycle has been interrupted it restarts from the beginning.

Start cycle (CYS) push-button
It causes the start of execution or the restart of an executable

program and sets the machine in single or continuous execution

according to the selected push-button : step by step execution if the

push-button is pressed or continuous execution if the push-button is

pressed. The command is active only when the machine is in hold

(5) state.
