Function of the sawing unit soft-keys
01: It closes the vice, which stands in the sector of
the positive mitering, in manual mode.
02: It opens the vice, which stands in the sector of
the positive mitering, in manual mode.
03: It closes the vice, which stands in the sector of
the negative mitering, in manual mode.
04: It opens the vice, which stands in the sector of
the negative mitering, in manual mode.
05: It enables the use the special equipment for
the processing of bars in bundle (optional).
06: It actuates the lifting of the vertical hold-down,
which stands in the sector of the positive mi-
tering, in manual mode (optional).
07: It actuates the lowering of the vertical hold-
down, which stands in the sector of the posi-
tive mitering, in manual mode (optional).
08: It actuates the lifting of the vertical hold-down,
which stands in the sector of the negative mi-
tering, in manual mode (optional).
09: It actuates the lowering of the vertical hold-
down, which stands in the sector of the nega-
tive mitering, in manual mode (optional).
10: It enables the use of the vertical hold-downs in
automatic mode (optional).
11: It closes the band guide in manual mode.
12: It opens the band guide in manual mode.
13: It displays a window with two diagrams related
to the band rotation speed and to the current
drawn of its motor.
14: It actuates the band rotation in manual mode.
15: It enables the cutting cycle in manual mode.
16: It enables to stop the band underneath the
material after the cutting execution.
17: It enables the up/down movements to reduce
the risk of band jamming when sections of big
dimensions are processed.
18: It displays short textual descriptions under
each softkey by means of a safety password.
19: It displays the window of the drilling unit soft-
keys.
20: It escapes from soft-keys window and come
back to CNC execution page.
21: It displays the current drawn of the band rota-
tion motor.
22: It displays the preset current drawn of the
band rotation motor. This value is automatical-
ly calculated by the CNC software accordingly
to the profile type. If the actual current drawn
is greater than this value, the CNC automati-
cally decreases the rotation speed.
23: It displays the actual band feedrate speed dur-
ing cutting operations.
24: It displays the time of cutting operation.
25: It changes in percent the band feedrate speed
in manual mode.
26: It displays the actual coordinate of the vice,
which stands in the sector of the positive mi-
tering.
27: It displays the actual coordinate of the vice,
which stands in the sector of the negative mi-
tering.
28: It displays the actual coordinate of the band
guide.
