5 Electrical Characteristics
5.1 Limiting voltage range
The limiting voltage range refers to the power voltage of the module and the maximum voltage range that
the digital and analog input/output interfaces can withstand.
The voltage range of NL668-AM is shown in the following table.

5.2 Environment temperature range
NL668-AM module is recommended to operate at -30~+75
℃
ambient. It is recommended that the
application uses temperature control measures under harsh environmental conditions. At the same time,
the limited operating temperature range of the module should be provided. Under these temperature
conditions, some RF parameters may exceed the limit. It is recommended that the module application
terminal be stored in certain temperature conditions. Modules outside this range may not operate or may
be damaged.
