NL668-AM supports two ways to enter the flight mode:

Hardware I/O interface button
control
First to transmit the “AT+WDISABLEEN=1”to enable the
W_DISABLE# function.
Pull high or float (pull high by default)the W_DISABLE# signal
to enter the normal mode, pull low it to enter the flight mode.

AT command control
AT+CFUN=0,0--enter the flight mode
AT+CFUN=1,0--enter the normal mode
