If you install a child restraint
system in the rear seat, slide

the front seat for enough forward so
that the child’s feet do not contact
the front seatback. This will help
avoid injury to the child in the event
of an accident.

senger’s seat. If the passenger’s side

stop, the rear seat armrest (if

equipped) could fall forward. If there
is a child in a rear-facing child re-
straint in the rear center seating po-
sition, the falling armrest could injure
