Insufficient supply of air to the valve
terminal
– Increase supply pressure
– Increase supply cross section
– Install an additional supply
plate directly next to the vacuum
block; optionally create a
separate pressure zone, see

Soft-start valve installed on the valve
terminal
If the valve terminal is pneumatically
actuated, first send an electrical
release signal (14) to deactivate
vacuum generation. Only revert to
vacuum generation after full
operating pressure of the
valve terminal has built up (12).
Vacuum block does
not revert to the
air-saving function
