Vorbereitung mit Stoßdämpfer
Zur Justierung der Endlagen des
DRQD-...-YSRJ mit integrierten
Stoßdämpfern:
1. Behandeln Sie die Stoßdämpfer so,
daß keine Schäden an Gewinde und
Außenzylinder entstehen.
2. Drehen Sie die Kontermuttern beider
Stoßdämpfer-Gewindehülsen

auf.
Die kleinere Kontermutter am
Stoßdämpfer darf zur Justierung der
Endlagen nicht gelöst werden.
3. Drehen Sie die bewegliche Masse ge-
gen die Stoßdämpferkraft von Hand in
eine Endlage.
Dadurch liegt einer der internen Dop-
pelkolben an der Stoßdämpfer-Ge-
windehülse an.
4. Drehen Sie gleichzeitig die entspre-
chende Gewindehülse mit einem Ga-
belschlüssel an der Kontermutter des
Stoßdämpfers

bis die gewünschte
Endlagenstellung erreicht ist.

1. Treat the shock absorbers with care
so that the thread and the outer cylin-
der are not damaged.
2. Unscrew the locking nuts of the shock
absorber threaded sleeves

The smaller locking nut on the shock
absorber must not be loosened for
adjusting the end positions.
3. Screw the moving load by hand into
one of the end positions against the
force of the shock absorber.
One of the internal double pistons will
then lie against the threaded sleeve
of the shock absorber.
4. At the same time, use a wrench to
screw in the threaded sleeve on the
locking nut of the shock absorber

until the desired end position is
reached.
