3.3 Testing the valves
Warning
Before starting the test, switch off the compressed air sup
ply for the CPV valve terminal.
You thereby avoid undesired or dangerous movements of the
actuators.
Caution
The test function runs automatically in the CPV valve ter
minal. All valves are switched on/off cyclically.
Non of the programmed lockings or conditions for further
switching will be taken into account.
The CPV valve terminal provides the following test routines:
Test routine Meaning
Parallel All the valves of a byte are switched on/off
simultaneously at intervals of 1s.
Constant switching from byte 0 to byte 1 and
vice versa.
Serial All the valves of a byte are switched on/off
one after the other at intervals of 1s.
Switch on all valves All the valves are switched on.
