ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
FAULT PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
Insufficient air outlet
-Wrong speed selected on the control panel.
-Filter clogged.
-Air flow obstructed (on the inlet and/or outlet).
-Select the speed on the control
panel.
Fails to produce heat
-No hot water.
-Wrong setting on control panel.
-Check the boiler.
-Change setting on control
panel.
Fails to produce cold
-No cold water.
-Wrong setting on control panel.
-Check the coolant.
-Change setting on control
panel.
The fan fails to turn
-No power.
-In winter mode, the fan power supply depends
on activation of the enabling thermostat (if
installed). The ventilating action will only start
when the temperature of the water reaches 35°C.
-Check the boiler.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Extraordinary maintenance:
· The electric panel can be easily accessed by removing the cover. The condensation tray must be removed
in order to inspect or replace the internal components, such as: fan, heat exchange bank, condensation drain
pump and safety micro-float.
How to remove the condensation tray:
· Protect the floor underneath the unit from spilt condensation by means of a sheet of plastic when the
condensation tray is being removed.
· Remove the delivery and intake pipes together and drain the condensation from the tray into a bucket with a
capacity of at least 10 liters, through the relative pipe with rubber plug.
· Unscrew the fixing screws from the sides of the tray the then remove the condensation tray with care.
