The appliance will stop if blender lid is removed during operation.

While blending, follow the sequence below to move material in the blender using the tamper:

- Stop operation and remove the Blender Cup.
- Push the tamper until it touches the material (the tamper has a safety guard attached, and will not
touch the blade even when fully inserted).
- Restart operation from low speed (Speed 1~2)
- Push the material with tamper.

Pushing material in the blender with the tamper too vigorously might
activate the motor protection function (see pg12).
