Purpose:  

Set the experiment time to zero.

Synopsis

:   es_call( 'ResetTime' )

Description: 

The function sets the time counter of the RTK to zero. Time is

calculated from the first call of the es_call function. After a call of the
ResetTime function the time vector returned by GetHistory function starts
from zero.
