ResetEncoder
Purpose:
Set the incremental encoder to the initial position.
Synopsis
: es_call( 'ResetEncoder' )
Description:
The function defines the initial position of the DC servo. The function
is called while the system is in a steady-state. The ResetEncoder function
should be executed immediately after loading RTK to the memory.
