GetV2Velocity

Purpose:  

Get coefficient which is used to calculate velocity of the DC motor shaft
based on the voltage generated by the tachogenerator.

Synopsis

:   v2 = es_call( 'GetV2Velocity' )

Description: 

The function returns a scaling coefficient used to calculate velocity of

the motor shaft based on the voltage generated by the tachogenerator.
The output voltage from the tachogenerator is multiplied by this coefficient
and divided by 5.0 to calculate velocity of the shaft expressed in
[deg/sec].
