Option 1: Self-service option:
The end customer can download a basic version
of the FAZUA Toolbox themselves and use it to run
a fault diagnosis or perform a firmware update.
Tutorials help the customer through the processes.
In case of defects, the FAZUA Toolbox refers to our
dealer search, i.e. option two.
Option 2: Dealer option
If the end customer cannot solve the problem
themselves or if it is a more complicated problem,
we refer the end customer to our FAZUA certified
partners.
