11.2 Removing and installing the oscillat-

ing articulated joint

1. Engage the articulation lock (Fig. 1).

2. Block the drums with suitable chocks (Fig. 2).

3. Safely support front and rear frames.

Danger

Danger of accident!

Block front and rear drums with wedges
against rolling!

Do not work in the articulation area of the roll-
er while the engine is running.

Caution

Do not start the engine during repair work!

4. Pull up the parking brake lever (Fig. 3).
