Analogue input

The analogue input is a differential input. The analogue GND should be connected to the
power supply GND. This prevents the voltage drop in the supply conductor from affecting
the speed specification value. Depending on options and configuration, the analogue input
serves different purposes (see Communications and Functional Manual):

This connection can be used as a reference or digital input. The drives are optionally avail-
able ex works with separate electronics supply at this connection. This allows the motor
voltage to be switched off independent of the electronics supply.
