Touch probe function is to record current position with sensing inputs from external signal.

Touch Probe Status and Control

Touch Probe Operation : Acknowledge initial signal

If Touch probe function of bit number 1, 9 has set as O, Touch probe only uses initially acknowledged
signal after Enable.
