ATTACH FRONT AXLE AND FRAME TO TUB
STEP 1:
Carefully place front axle and
frame assembly onto tub. Press and release
latch once frame assembly is seated on tub
to align assembly and latch. Loosen latch
mounting bolts if needed to allow latch to
slide. Jaws should evenly grip frame bar.
STEP 4:
Tighten both frame mounting bolts.
Tighten nut until snug, then back the nut off
1/4 to 1/2 turn. Tub must be allowed to pivot
on the bolts to properly dump contents.
STEP 2:
Align the mounting hole in the
frame with the hole in the tub. Carefully
insert a pan head bolt through the holes
from inside the tub
.
STEP 5:
Verify that the latch jaws grip the
frame bar evenly and then tighten the four
latch mounting bolts.
STEP 3:
Add the washer and locknut and
repeat to secure the other side of the front
axle and frame assembly to the tub.
STEP 6:
Test the latch and frame by
depressing the latch to release the frame
and carefully lift the frame. Release the
latch and allow the frame to snap into the
locked position. Check latch to verify it has
tightly locked the frame to the tub. Adjust
latch if needed.
Press latch.
Lift frame.
