Resolving a Ribbon Sensor Error (Ribbon Miscue)

All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.

NOTE: Using the printer in direct sunlight may adversely affect the Ribbon Sensor
integrity.
