Print Process Errors

All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.

Resolving a Card Not Fed Error (Cards will not feed off the Hopper)

Step Procedure

Review the following information.

Symptom:

Cards will not feed at all.

Printer Error State:

The card is not being detected by the Card TOF Sensor

11 seconds after the initiation of a print job causing the Printer to produce an
error.
