Chocolate Marshmallow Bread Pudding
Serves 2–4
2½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup sugar
4 large eggs
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
5 croissants, cut into 1 inch cubes
non-stick cooking spray
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup mini marshmallows
1.
With a blender, combine the cream, sugar, eggs, salt, lemon juice
and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
2.
Place the croissant cubes in the basket. Set the temperature for
400 degrees and time to 5 minutes to toast them.
3.
Place the toasted cubes in the custard mixture and allow to soak.
4.
Spray an
oven-safe dish*
with non-stick spray; add the custard mixture
with the chocolate chips and marshmallows mixed in.
5.
Place the dish into the basket, then put the basket and pan into the
AIR FRYER.
6.
Set temperature to 340 degrees and the timer for 25 minutes.
7.
When cook time is complete, serve warm with whipped cream.
