The recipes have been calculated to fi t one aluminum insert. If you require
to cook a larger amount of food, you may double or triple the recipe, and use more
than one crock at a time for any of these recipes.
Homemade Country Stew

pound stew meat, cut into ¾ inch pieces

10 - 12 oz can tomato soup
