TO CARRY OUT  ANY MAINTENANCE AND/OR CLEANING PROCEDURES ON
THE  MACHINE  THAT  REQUIRE  THE  EXTENDIBLE  STRUCTURE  TO  BE  IN  A
PARTIALLY EXTENDED POSITION, ANCHOR THE WORK PLATFORM SAFELY
(FOR  EXAMPLE,  USING  A  CONTRASTING  STRUT  ON  THE  GROUND)  TO
PREVENT  IT  FROM  ACCIDENTALLY  SLIPPING  OUT  ONTO  THE  OPERATOR
CARRYING OUT THE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS.
