NIB LED INDICATORS
LED Name Description
D3 Reverse link (port 1, arc1) This LED is on steady when a link to the next NIB is established to Port 1 of
the next NIB. If a link has not been established it will blink.
D4 Forward link (port 2, arc2) This LED is on steady when a link to the next NIB is established to Port 1of
the next NIB. If a link has not been established it will blink.
D5 TX Data
This LED blinks when data is transmitted to the FA panel or annunciator. It
should blink every couple of seconds when the NIB is connected to a FA
panel or annunciator. If the NIB is connected to a printer, this LED will only
blink when data is being sent to the printer
D6 RX Data This LED blinks when data is received from the FA panel or annunciator. It
should blink every couple of seconds when the NIB is connected to a FA
panel or annunciator. If the NIB is connected to a printer, this LED will never
blink.
D7 Power: This LED is on when power is applied to the NIB
