Default MIDI Configuration
A cymbal hit on zones 1 (Bell), 4 (Bow) or 8 (Edge) generates a NOTE ON and a NOTE OFF command.
A choke generates a NOTE-ON command that lasts until the pad is released (NOTE OFF).
The hi-hat also generates a NOTE ON and NOTE OFF signal when zones 4 or 8 are activated. Parallel
to this the Fame Hybrid Pro module also generates pedal control data. When you pedal the hi-hat
(zone 9), initially only a NOTE-ON command is generated. If the pedal is moved upwards again, a
NOTE-OFF signal is sent. The time between the NOTE-ON and NOTE-OFF signals determines whether
a chick sound (if long duration) or a foot splash sound (if short duration) is generated.
BUS:
Here you can route signals to a BUS as desired. Four individual BUS channels (1 to 4) and two
BUS groups (1+2, 3+4) are available.
You can think of a BUS as an internal signal path. It determines the sockets to which the
respective signal (direct-out) is to be output.
The following overview shows which BUS signals can be routed to which output sockets:
