Pass the mounting tabs through the holes in the side aluminum pieces.

Drill the holes to mount the radiator top mount bracket to the two 1” nose tubes on the chassis.

Attach the radiator top mount bracket to the frame using the

” x 1.5” button head screws, locknuts, washers,

” socket and ratchet.

Radiator Hoses



Cut the tube using a hack saw or if available a cut-off wheel. If necessary clean the end up with tin
snips or a grinder.



Shake and blow the tube out so that no metal pieces are in the tube.
