ELEMENTS OF TECHNICAL PHYSICS
SOUND AND VISUAL LEVEL
The noise from the machine in the active mode is under the minimum required by law to preserve
operators’ health. The machine can occasionally produce single mechanical semiautomatic sounds
caused by spring locks for the opening and closing of supports and by rack locks for the opening and
closing of telescopic supports. The equivalent continuous sound level estimated A at workplace is under
70 dB(A). For normal use of the machine the recommended illuminance of the area is 300
400 lux.
COMPONENTS, SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
All the constitutional parts of the machine and the accessories can be ordered by contacting directly
either the manufacturer or an authorized distributor that will provide details for an order.
Components and spare parts of the machine:
- Aluminum frame for the cover of the tunnel
- 50 mm diameter round aluminum tube
- 46,4 mm diameter round aluminum tube
- Alveolar polycarbonate panel
- Plastic parts (3 pieces) for opening and closing of tubes
- Conical spring for a plastic lock
- Plastic rack and axlebox to block a telescopic tube
- Bracket to fix aluminum frames at 45°
- Plastic caps to lay down telescopic tubes on the ground
- White/red stickers
- Other stickers
Accessories of the machine:
- Side protection panels (splinter guard) both short and long side (Pic. 1 n°1)
- Anti-intrusion side panels, both short and long side (Pic. 1 n° 2)
- Side protection curtains
long side and short side, mid height and full height

NB You can place the side protection curtains only in complete absence of wind in order to
avoid a “sail effect”. In case of extended use and in the absence of the authorized personnel the
curtains have to be removed each work interruption.
