Lower the extractor disc (32) inside the
tray (34), pressing the button (35).
5. Place one of the cellophane discs deposited in the tray (30) on the extractor disc
(32).
6. Put the desired amount of meat in the tray but do not exceed it.
7.
Cover with another cellophane disc.
8. Lower the handle and press lightly so that the minced meat is compacted.
9. Take the handle back to the position in point «3» and remove the hamburger
obtained.
10. Repeat all the previous operations to obtain other hamburgers.
