The flame effect is too
low on the highest
setting. The transducers and/or air
filter are dirty. See chapter 7.
The flame effect is too
high and there is too
much smoke.
Attention at start-up (15
min) condensation is
possible at the front
glass. Front glass of warm air
outlet side swapped with
other front glass (e-BoX ST)
Fire image is set to
maximum.
Ambient temperature too
low in the room.
The humidity level is too
high in the room. Change the front glasses.
Set the fire image by using the ECO
remote to a lower setting.
Heat the room.
Ventilate the room.
Remote is not working. Low batteries.
Remote isn’t paired to
receiver.
Distance to fire is too far. Place new batteries, see chapter 5 in
user manual.
Pair the remote control with the
receiver, see chapter 5 in user manual.
