2.2 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
▫ In no event shall FAAC S.p.A. or its suppliers be liable for direct or indirect damages (also including damages for loss of
business profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information or data and other economic losses) occurring to
the user or any third party from the use or non-use of this product.
▫ FAAC S.p.A. is in no way responsible for the consequences of any incorrect operation by the user.
▫ FAAC S.p.A. shall not be held responsible for errors or data loss deriving from the use of this manual.
▫ FAAC S.p.A. accepts no responsibility for damage caused to persons or property, and consequences of the improper
functioning of the device in case of:
▫ incorrect installation
▫ improper power supply
▫ inadequate cleaning and maintenance
▫ unauthorized modification
▫ improper or different use from the product's intended use.
▫ use of aftermarket parts
