2  GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1  GENERAL WARNINGS

It is important for the safety of persons to read and follow the warnings contained in all parts 

of this manual.

 

▫ This manual is an integral part of the product and as such must always be kept intact to allow future consultation by the 

various operators until the dismantlement and/or scrapping of the product.

 

▫ In case of loss or damage to this manual, you can get a new copy by asking FAAC S.p.A.

 

▫ This manual reflects the state of the art at the time of placing the product on the market. Any changes, improvements 

or adjustments made to the product sold after that time do not oblige FAAC S.p.A. to service the previously provided 

product or to update the technical documentation supplied.

 

▫ This product was solely designed and built for the use described in this document.

 

▫ The installation technician must first be trained and educated on the work to be carried out on the product and limit it 

to the extent of his/her competence.

 

▫ Before performing any operation on the peripheral, disconnect the power supply.

 

▫ Make sure the inside parts of the unit do not come into contact with water.

 

▫ For the best results, FAAC S.p.A. recommends cleaning and performing maintenance on a regular basis to keep the 

system in optimum condition.

 

▫ Only through the use of original spare parts can the functional reliability be guaranteed and the product performance 

optimized.

 

▫ Modifications to the product not previously agreed upon with FAAC S.p.A. and executed by the installation technician 

and/or manager should be considered entirely the responsibility of the same. All the operations required to maintain 

the product before and during its use are the responsibility of the technician or manager.

 

▫ Any tampering or modification of the product not previously authorized by FAAC S.p.A. relieves the same from damage 

caused or attributable to those aforementioned acts and automatically invalidates the warranty responsibility of the 

same.

 

▫ The user must not attempt any kind of repair or direct intervention and must contact only the authorized service center.

 

▫ Training the personnel responsible for the product is of particular importance, especially with regards to the use, as well 

as maintenance and monitoring of compliance with the operating procedures and all safety regulations in this manual.
