PREPARATION - POSITIONING

Choice of location
Before installing, you must adequately select the
place where the control unit will be located (for the
other devices, consult the relevant instructions).

Installation precautions
The radio waves in the room are reflected and
attenuated, according to the structures they
encounter.
Propagation may be altered and, therefore, the
devices must not be installed near large metal
masses (beams…), or near an electrical panel.

Locating the control unit
- On a flat surface, with sufficient space around, to
enable the battery compartment to be installed and
opened.
- At the centre of the system and high up, to ensure
better radio connection (avoid underground rooms).
- In an obstacle-free place, for excellent sound
diffusion of the integrated siren.
- In a place difficult to reach by an intruder, but
accessible for the user.
- In a place protected by a movement sensor (not
delayed).
- Near a wall-fitted telephone socket and in a place
permitting effective listening of the rooms (without
obstacles and at a height of about 1.5 m).
